LifeLock Mobile App Promotion

From the analysis of user on-boarding survey, we have learned that Mobile app users are more engaged with LifeLock product as they could receive realtime ID alerts and respond easily through the app.

The goal for this project is to help promote and increase the downloads for LifeLock’s mobile app, targeting both existing and new customers. To help desktop web visitors download and install the app, they could send a download link to their phone by entering their phone number.

To help users understand the benefits and product value of LifeLock app, I structure this page content with the story starting from receiving the real-time alert. In order to best telling the story about our app, I designed with the parallax scrolling technique in mind, so the phone screen stay in the same position and the content transitions as user scroll.
